Q: What is LED display?
A: People call it all kinds of names: LED display, LED sign, LED moving sign, electronic message center(EMC), variable message sign(VMS), digital displays, reader boards and electronic signs, etc. Here, we keep it simple: LED display or LED sign, regardless of size or application. It's a type of electronic variable message sign made up of thousands of tiny lights called LED's (light emitting diodes). LED sign can be billboard size, and it can be monochrome single color or full color. LED display can show information like text, graphic, animtion and video. 
 

Q: What is LED?
A: LED stands For Light Emitting Diode. It's a semiconductor light source. LEDs are used as indicator lamps in many devices and are increasingly used for general lighting. An LED is not only a light bulb, but also an efficient, effective, ultrabright alternative that doesn't burn out.
 

Q: What is Pixel?
A: A pixel is a cluster of typically three LEDs - one red, one green and one blue on Full color LED display. On single color LED sign, one pixel may be just one LED. For example, our PH7.62mm indoor red sign has only one LED per pixle. Our PH25mm outdoor RGB LED display has 4 LEDs per pixel: 2 red, 1 green and 1 blue.
 

Q: What is Pixel Pitch?
A: Pixel pitch is the center to center distance between each pixel. The smaller the pixel pitch is, the smaller character or better image it will be. 
 

Q: What is Resolution?
A: Resolution is the image created as a result of the number of pixels used. A high resolution image has more pixels, which allows it to display more detail. Normally, we define resolution in height x width in pixels. For example, One model-PH10mm-32x128pixels LED display, which mean it's resolution is 32pixels high x 128pxiels wide. 
 

Q: How do I control the LED display?
A: You can program messages and send them to our small indoor series LED sign with our handhold remote controller. Besides, you also can connect your computer to our LED sign with communication cable we provided and program messages on our FREE software. Of course, wireless communication including Radio frequency(RF), Wifi, GPRS, GSM, 3G are possible now.
